I shopped around and got four quotes before deciding to go with Window Depot. To say I was hesitant—due to the sheer cost of the project and the unbelievable deal I was getting—would be an understatement. However, because of the great offer and the professionalism Alex showed during our initial meeting, I decided to give them a shot and move forward with the project. The windows, gutters, downspouts, flashing, and soffit have all been installed, and they look amazing. During the window walkthrough getting measurements for the order, I realized I had forgotten to include a window in the project. I called Alex for a price, and to my surprise, he said not to worry—he’d take care of it at no charge. It gets better: when his crew was working on the flashing, I mentioned how bad my chimney cap looked and asked for a price to fix it. Once again, Alex said they would handle it, free of charge, since his crew was already on-site and wanted to leave the house looking as best he could. Needless to say, I just hired Window Depot to replace my front door without even considering any other company. I did get other quotes for the door to make sure his price was competitive, and unsurprisingly, only one company had a better price and their reviews were horrendous. Window Depot is hands down the most customer-oriented company I’ve ever dealt with. Even if the other door company would have had better reviews on the door estimate, I’d still pay the extra $300 dollars for the proven workmanship and professionalism of Window Depot. If you’re looking to upgrade, no one can beat them. Once I save enough, I plan on having them replace my siding as well.
